RECIPE: Golden Milk Latte


Golden milk has been super trendy lately and I have been kind of obsessed with it! I started drinking this maybe like 4 months ago and I never had a set recipe where it tasted really good, until recently I found the perfect balance of everything. I'm not a big coffee person so this is a great thing for when I'm in the mood of a warm sweet drink!! Ok, so I'm going to be super honest and say that I am not entirely sure what all the benefits of drinking this are; but it tastes so good and it has to be sort of healthy right?

Ingredients: PER CUP

3/4 cup Water

1/4 cup Almond Milk

Ginger (small piece)


1 Cinnamon stick

2 Dates

I know theres a million different ways to make this but here is how I like to make it:

Put water, ginger, turmeric, cinnamon, and dates in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Strain it into your cup and add milk! Yes, it's THAT easy.
